A clear, water-powered vacuum pump designed for use in the bath or shower, this model is intended for men with an erect penis measuring 5–7 inches and less than 6.5 inches in girth. The hydraulic design uses warm water rather than air pressure, while the transparent cylinder makes positioning and progress easier to monitor.

Its bellows system provides 35% more suction than the earlier Hydro7 design, with a removable comfort pad for a closer, softer seal.
