Prolonging Delay Cream is a 2 oz (56 g) topical cream with ginseng and 7.5% benzocaine. It is formulated as a male genital desensitiser to help reduce sensitivity and support longer-lasting intimacy, including helping with the prevention of premature ejaculation. The cream is intended for external use and comes in a compact tube format suited to straightforward application.

Apply a small amount to the head and shaft of the penis 2–3 minutes before intercourse, or use as directed by a physician, then wash the product off afterwards. Avoid contact with the eyes.
